What we collect

• Account details. When you sign up (by email or with Google), we store your first name, email address, and the role you pick (guest, host, or both). If you use Google sign in, Google shares your name, email, and profile picture with us. We never receive your Google password.
• Your searches and alerts. The cities and filters you save so we can notify you when a matching home is added.
• Usage analytics. Anonymized page views and basic events (which listing was viewed, when a contact was revealed) to understand what is useful. No tracking of you across other websites beyond the advertising pixel described below.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and reveal host contact details to signed in users.
• To send the email alerts you asked for, and occasional product updates. Every email has a one click unsubscribe.
• To improve the product and measure whether our pages and ads are helpful.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with hosts. When you choose to contact a host, you reach them directly on their own WhatsApp or Telegram.

Services we rely on

We use a small set of trusted providers strictly to run the service: Supabase (accounts, database, storage), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (privacy friendly product analytics), Google (optional sign in), and the Meta advertising pixel (to measure and improve our ads). Each processes data only on our behalf.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to count visits. We do not use intrusive third party advertising cookies beyond the Meta pixel used to measure our own campaigns.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Turn off alerts from any email or your alerts page, and email us to close your account and erase your data. We keep your data only as long as your account is active.

If we update this policy we will change the date above and, for material changes, let you know by email.
