Hot water and heating
Gas boiler in the kitchen cupboard. Wait 20 seconds for hot water. If it stops, press the red reset button.
AC in the living room and bedroom, remote in the drawer.
Appliances
Washing machine: program 5 (40°), detergent under the sink.
Bins and recycling
General waste goes out after 20:00. Never leave bags in the stairwell.

Every other Friday morning, included.

Yes. No subscription, no fee per home, no limit on guests. nBases is a free community for monthly rentals; the guide is our way of helping hosts.
Do my guests need an app or an account?+–
No. They open a link or scan a QR code, and the guide opens in their phone's browser.
Who can see my guide?+–
Only people you share the link with. Guides are not listed on nBases or on Google, and codes are hidden until the guest taps to show them.
Can I use it for Airbnb or Booking guests?+–
Yes. Use it for any guest or tenant, whatever platform they booked through.
Can I have one guide per home?+–
Yes. Create as many guides as you have homes, and update them any time. Guests always see the latest version.
